• Fall protection system: horizontal safety rail.
• The mobile anchorage device allows a person to movearound safely on a horizontal line without needing to unhook; it consists of a fixed installation and a mobile individual equipment.
• The carriage (ref. AN 200) slides over the rail (ref. AN 201) attached permanently to the working area. The user can move along the rail in total safety, always connected.
• Hercule allow straight applications and curves.
• The use of a Hercule system with a retractable type fall arrester or a flexible anchorage line also provides vertical movement.
• Hercule gives a total liberty of movement in an horizontal and vertical space for one or two persons on the system.

Standards: The Hercule system is in conformity with standard EN795 class D concerning anchorage devices.
Material: The rail is in galvanized steel. The sleeves, attaching parts and hardware are in zinc-plated steel.
Installation: Hercule shall be installed by an approved installer.

The choice of rail position should be guided by:

• the type of work to be performed
• the area of movement
• the access to the system
• the clear space to the lower level

A wide range of fixations is available to fit on many different structures

Recommendation
It is essential to install the Hercule system above the user. It should be installed horizontally. To minimize risks of accident due to the pendular effect, the rail must be placed vertically above the working area.

Additional components
The Hercule system is designed for use with SALA Karabiners, and recommended SALA blocks (KDxx), Harness KB1300S (N300/S) with front body attachment or with KB1EXO/x for unrivalled comfort and security.
